The service

AI Trends is a market-research tool that surfaces estimates of which products, sites, and topics receive attention in AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Copilot). It is an informational tool to support your own research and decisions.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. Do not share your account or use it on behalf of others without authorization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the underlying data except as expressly permitted.
• •Scrape, bulk-export, or circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
• •Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• •Use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.

Plans, billing & Trend Analysis

Browsing the database is free. The Trend Analysis tool (checking an off-catalog keyword, product, or site on demand) is metered and requires a paid plan. Plan prices, allowances, and any overage pricing are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Paid billing is being rolled out during early access; where billing is not yet enabled, paid features may be limited or unavailable. Your rights to a refund are described in our Refund Policy.

Data accuracy — important

The figures in AI Trends are estimates, not direct measurements. AI-referral traffic is inferred through statistical attribution from third-party panel data; other signals are interest or share-of-voice indices. We label confidence throughout the product and never present estimates as exact counts.

The service is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, or business advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make using it. We do not warrant that the data is complete, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the service, its software, and its presentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. Third-party data is owned by its respective providers and used under license.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; we will revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them. The governing law and venue will be specified before general availability. Questions: hello@aitrends.so.
